Tanzanian Bongo sensation Diamond platnumz has been arrested over a viral social media video he shot with Salome star Hamisa Mobetto, Tanzanian outlet Global Publishers reports.<br /><br />In a series of videos posted online by the publisher, Tanzanian's communication Minister Dr. Harrison Mwakyembe explains that the Diamond's clip flies against the country''s morality regulations.
